OCAPICA Project Hope: Healthy Communication Skills & Stress Management for the Holidays In-Person
Our community partners from OCAPICA (Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance) are dedicated to enhancing the health , and social economic well-being of all community members of Orange County. Every 2nd Thursday of the month, they will host a workshop on various wellness topics aimed at prevention and early intervention.
The holiday season often brings joy as well as increased stress, family dynamics, and social obligations. This workshop focuses on building assertive yet compassionate communication skills and learning stress management techniques for navigating holiday pressures. Through interactive discussion opportunities and practical tools, participants will leave with strategies for setting boundaries, reducing tension, and maintaining emotional balance.
Open to all ages and backgrounds.
